9-3-9: PENALTY:

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as described in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. Each act of violation or each day a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. XII.21, 6-15-2004)
