A. Building Code: The Minnesota state building code, in its most current edition, established pursuant to Minnesota statutes, 16B.59 to 16B.75, is hereby adopted as the building code for the city. The code is hereby incorporated as completely as if fully set out herein. A copy of the state building code shall be kept available for public use in the office of the city building official. (Ord. B. Optional Appendixes: As authorized by Minnesota rule, part 1300.000, the following appendix chapters of the international building code are hereby adopted without change and incorporated as part of the building code for the city:
1. Appendix chapter J, excavation and grading.
