8-4-3: DEFINITIONS:
The words and phrases "vehicle", "motor vehicle", "highway", "person" and "owner" shall have the meanings ascribed to them by Minnesota statutes, chapters 168 and 171. (Ord. XII.2, 9-28-1972)
