It is the intent of this Chapter to supplement the regulatory provisions of Minnesota Statutes, section 84.87, as amended. Said regulatory provisions are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Chapter as completely as if set out here in full. (Ord. XII.5, 12-28-72)
