A person who violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), by incarceration of not more than ninety (90) days, or both. Each day a person maintains a residence in violation of this chapter constitutes a separate violation. Additionally, the City may seek a court order to enjoin any person in violation of this chapter from taking any prohibited action hereunder. (Ord. 2017-03, 5-16-2017)
