6-3-7: PENALTY:

Any person who shall fail to comply with any order given under the terms of this chapter, or who shall in any way violate any of the provisions or requirements of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as described in title 1, chapter 4 of this code.
