6-3-1: OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful, a violation of this chapter and a misdemeanor for any person to start or allow to burn any open fire on any property within the city without a permit, except for supervised recreational fires contained within approved fire rings. (Ord. 2011-08, 6-21-2011)
