2-2-1: ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSION:
A City Parks and Recreation Commission is hereby established for the City.
The commission shall consist of up to nine (9) members appointed by the City Council. Terms of the members shall be determined in the commission bylaws. (Ord. 2017-01, 4-4-2017)
