A. The following materials shall not be placed in a composting container: meat, bones, whole eggs, dairy products, unshredded branches or logs, weeds heavily loaded with seeds, plastic, synthetic fiber, human or pet wastes, diseased plants and any other mixed municipal solid waste.
B. No herbicides or pesticides shall be added to a composting container. (Ord. XIV.20, 2-20-2001)
