5-2-5: HINDRANCE OF CITY EMPLOYEES:
Any person who shall hinder a city employee or agent in carrying out the requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as described in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. (Ord. XII.21, 6-15-2004)
