2-1-2: ORGANIZATION AND MEETINGS:
   A.   Supporting Staff: The city council shall provide adequate personnel to assist the commission in fulfilling its duties as stated herein.
   B.   Meetings, Records, Expenditures: The commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each month. It shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions and findings, which record shall be a public record. Expenditures of the commission shall be within amounts appropriated for certain purposes by the city council. (Ord. VIII.3, 3-6-2000)
   C.   Officers: The commission will elect a chairperson, vice chairperson and other officers as determined in the bylaws. (Ord. VIII.6, 3-6-2003)
