4-3-19: VETERANS MEMORIAL:
Pursuant to Minnesota statutes, section 416.01, the city council is authorized to erect, equip, maintain, supervise and control the veterans memorial monument and the Rosemount veterans memorial walk project in Central Park in recognition of the services performed by soldiers, sailors, marines and war veterans of the United States.
