1-7-11: DISTRIBUTION OF CODE:
The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Code to be distributed to every public official of the City within thirty (30) days after enactment of this Code. Each new public official appointed or engaged after initial distribution to this Code shall be furnished a copy before entering upon his/her Municipal duties. (Ord. II.7, 6-1-93)
