4-2-4: ADMINISTRATION:

The City Engineer is the principal City official responsible for the administration of the rights-of-way, right-of-way permits, and the ordinances related thereto. The City Engineer may delegate any or all of the duties hereunder. (Ord. 2017-05, 11-21-2017)
