The following requirements shall apply:
A. The maximum square footage of the entire licensed premises shall not exceed two thousand (2,000) square feet.
B. The inhaling or exhaling of smoke or vapor from any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or any other lighted tobacco or plant product in a tobacco products shop is prohibited.
C. A tobacco products shop shall prohibit anyone under eighteen (18) years of age from entering the establishment at any time, and shall conspicuously display a notice prohibiting persons under eighteen (18) years of age from entering the establishment. (Ord. 2015-08, 11-2-2015, eff. 1-1-2016)
