ORDINANCE NO. 2024-02

ORDINANCE RELATING TO PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION TITLE 2, CHAPTER 2, OF THE ROSEMOUNT CITY CODE

Title 2, Chapter 2, Section 1 of the Rosemount City Code is amended as follows:

ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSION:

A City Parks and Recreation Commission is hereby established for the City. The commission shall consist of up to seven (7) members appointed by the City Council. Terms of the members shall be determined in the commission bylaws.

Section 3.   This Ordinance shall be effective the day following its publication.

Adopted the 4 th day of March, 2024, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount.
