3-8-4: HOURS OF OPERATION:

No "adult establishment" as defined in this chapter may remain open at any time between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. on weekdays and Saturdays, and one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. on Sundays. (Ord. 2013-03, 5-21-2013)
