No person shall exercise, carry-on, or be engaged in the trade or business of pawnbroker within the City unless such person is currently licensed under this Chapter. Persons engaged in the business of pawnbroker on the effective date of this Chapter must receive a license within sixty (60) days or cease doing business. (Ord. XV.7, 10-4-94)
