11-10-3: CONDITIONS OF BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE:
Except as provided in section 11-10-7 of this chapter, no building permit shall be issued unless the application therefor, particularly the items of information specified in section 11-10-5 of this chapter, demonstrates compliance with the principles and standards set forth in section 11-10-4 of this chapter.
