The Public Utilities Director or his or her designee, or authorized representative, shall have the right to enter, at reasonable times, any nonresidential property served by a connection to the town public water supply for the purpose of performing the duties of this chapter. In those cases in which the property owner chooses not to provide the access, the Public Utilities Director or his or her designee, or authorized representative, may designate the location as a high hazard in accordance with § 51.08.
