§ 51.03 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS.
   The town will comply with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, the State Drinking Water Act, and the State Building Code, which pertain to cross-connections, auxiliary intakes, and interconnections, and establish an effective ongoing program to control potential sources of contamination of the public water supply.
