§ 154.015 TOWN OF ROSE HILL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
   (A)   The Town of Rose Hill Comprehensive Plan sets forth the goals, policies, and programs intended to guide the present and future physical, social, and economic development of the town. The Comprehensive Plan was established by the Planning Board pursuant to G.S. § 160D-501 and adopted by the Town Board.
   (B)   The Comprehensive Plan will be designed to guide and accomplish a coordinated, adjusted, and harmonious development of the town that will best promote health, safety, morals, and general welfare, as well as efficiency and economy in the development process.
   (C)   The Comprehensive Plan shall be considered by the Planning Board and the Town Board when considering proposed amendments to this chapter. The Comprehensive Plan was created by the Planning Board and approved by the Town Board. Any future amendment of the Comprehensive Plan shall follow the procedures for consideration and approval of a text amendment, as set forth in §§ 154.270 through 154.276 herein.
