§ 151.01 SCOPE.
   The town shall perform the duties and responsibilities set forth in G.S. § 160D-1105 by arranging for Duplin County to perform inspection services within the town’s jurisdiction as authorized by G.S. § 160D-1105 and G.S. § 160D-202.
