The Town Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the “Flood Plain Administrator,” is hereby appointed to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter. In instances where the Flood Plain Administrator receives assistance from others to complete tasks to administer and implement this chapter, the Flood Plain Administrator shall be responsible for the coordination and community’s overall compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program and the provisions of this chapter.
