§ 130.09 FIREBOMBS; ENFORCEMENT.
   The Mayor, or in his or her absence the Mayor Pro Tempore, or in the absence of both officials the Chief of Police, is authorized to enforce § 130.08 for any periods of time as he or she shall deem necessary.
