(A) The Town Clerk shall issue to each person filing the statement required by § 111.02 a badge substantially as follows:
"20__ Town of ________________________ No. ___
SOLICITOR'S BADGE
____________________ has registered with the Town Clerk as required by Ordinance.
______________
(Date)
________________
Town Clerk"
(B) During the time the person is engaged in soliciting, the badge shall be worn on the front of his or her outer garment in the manner as to be conspicuous.
