§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 110.01 shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $50, or imprisonment for up to 30 days, or both, within the discretion of the court.
