(A) Prior to the issuance of a permit, the Building Inspector shall inspect the building to be moved to ensure that it can be moved safely and in accordance with local ordinances.
(B) Following the move, the Building Inspector shall inspect the original premises, if located within the town, and shall see that the permittee leaves the premises in a safe and sanitary condition.
