§ 94.007 RESPONSIBILITY OF PROPERTY OWNERS.
   All abutting property owners shall receive the same notice as is provided to public utilities under § 94.006(A) and shall be required to make all necessary preparations for street improvements. Property owners may request a delay in the sending of notice to the contractor as provided in § 94.006(A).
