(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected a building other than of brick or stone with metal, stone, or other fireproof roofing within the fire limits. Buildings within the primary fire limits shall have eight-inch masonry walls.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to move or assist in moving into the fire limits, or moving from one place to another within the same, any building of a description other than that mentioned in division (A) above.
