The primary fire limits shall comprise the territory lying between South Street and a line parallel to and 150 feet north of Main Street and within 365 feet of the center line of the right-of-way of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, on the east side of the railroad, and the territory lying between South Street and a line parallel to and 150 feet north of Main Street and within 365 feet of the center line of the right-of-way of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, on the west side of the railroad.
