The 2009 Edition of the Fire Prevention Code recommended by the American Insurance Association is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the Fire Prevention Code for the town. Amendments to the Fire Prevention Code adopted by reference herein, which are from time to time adopted and published by the agency or organization referred to herein, shall automatically be renewed and adopted every three years and shall thereby be effective immediately.
