§ 93.08 COUNTY FIRE MARSHALL TO ORDER FIRE HAZARDS REMEDIED.
   Whenever the County Fire Marshall shall find that any building or any premise constitutes a fire hazard for any reason, he or she shall serve, or cause to be served, upon the owner or the occupant of the building a written notice, specifying the condition complained of and ordering the same to be remedied promptly, indicating a reasonable time for compliance with the order.
