§ 11.01 EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION.
   (A)   The Town of Rose Hill hereby establishes boundaries for the extraterritorial enforcement of the following ordinances:
      (1)   Zoning Ordinance; and
      (2)   Subdivision Regulations Ordinance.
   (B)   The boundaries are delineated on the face of a map, entitled Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the Town of Rose Hill, which is attached to the ordinance codified in this section and is hereby adopted by reference.
   (C)   The official copy of this section and map shall be on record in the office of the Town Clerk for public inspection during normal business hours. The Town Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this section and map and any subsequent amendments to be recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds. The Town Clerk shall cause signs, signposts, or similar readily identifiable markers to be installed at all points of intersection of the above-described boundary with all roads.
   (D)   The ordinance creating the Town Planning Board shall be amended to include representation for residents of the extraterritorial area to be regulated.
   (E)   This section shall have full force and effect from and after 6-14-1988.
