§ 54.24 CLIMBING WATER TOWERS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, without first obtaining written authority from the Public Utilities Director, to go or climb on or upon, or in any manner ascend, the town water tank or reservoir, its towers or supports, or any part thereof.
