§ 54.23 CUTTING ON WATER AFTER DISCONTINUANCE.

Any person who shall turn the water from the town water mains into a meter or private connection, which connection has been cut off by the Town Clerk or other official for the nonpayment of water bill, without authority of the Town Clerk or other official, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
