All bills shall be due and payable at the town hall office on or before the tenth of the month. All persons shall have a right to appeal the amount of the bill and/or any potential water service disconnection(s). If the full payment or an appeal is not made at the town hall on or before the 20th of the month, your water service shall be disconnected on the 21st of the month. If your water service is disconnected, the total amount of the unpaid bill(s) along with a $30 reconnection charge shall be due and payable before the service(s) is resumed.
