§ 54.17 MAINTENANCE OF CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the word CONNECTION shall be construed to be that portion of water or sewer pipe between main and property line.
   (B)   Water and sewer connections shall be kept in repair by the town and at the expense of the town.
