§ 54.16 MAINTENANCE OF METERS.
   All meters furnished by the town shall be kept in good repair and working order by the town and at the expense of the town. Meters furnished by certain users of water shall be kept in good repair and working order by the town, but the expense thereof shall be borne by the users.
