§ 54.10 CONNECTION FEES, MONTHLY RATES, AND THE LIKE.
   Water rates, deposits, and connection and reconnection charges shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Commissioners and kept on file in the office of the Clerk. The charges are hereby incorporated in this section as if set out at length herein.
