§ 54.05 CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER MAINS READY FOR USE.
   Within 30 days after the time when any water main in any street is completed and ready for use, the owner of every abutting lot whereon water is supplied for any human use shall cause the lot to be connected with the water main.
