§ 52.03 FEES; BILLINGS; FAILURE TO PAY.
   (A)   The charges for garbage and refuse collection and disposal shall be established by the Town Board of Commissioners from time to time, a schedule of which shall be maintained in the office of the Town Clerk.
   (B)   The charges in division (A) above shall apply to each unit within the town. A separate unit charge shall apply for each family or household occupancy of any structure and for each separate commercial or industrial operation in any structure or planned complex, based on the number and size of containers being collected.
   (C)   Each separate residential or commercial entity charge provided for in divisions (A) and (B) above shall be billed monthly and shall be payable with the town's water and sewage billing. The charges, if unpaid, shall be a lien upon the property involved and may be collected as provided in § 52.99(B).
   (D)   In the event the charges are not paid as provided for in division (C) above, the town may discontinue further collection and removal of the garbage and refuse from the property involved. Further placement of garbage and refuse on the property shall be unlawful and shall be subject to all applicable health and sanitation regulations and laws.
