§ 150.22  CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES.
   (A)   All truck and construction traffic entering a new construction site, consisting of 2 or more parcels that are located within a residential subdivision located within a Village residential zoning district, shall be required to enter through a temporary construction entrance to the site, approved by the Village Engineer or the Village Zoning Administrator, in order to avoid damaging Village roads upon enactment of this section.
   (B)   In the alternative, a developer or builder of new construction who wishes to use established Village streets to access the construction site shall post a bond with the Village, in an amount to be determined by the Village Engineer, for the repair or replacement, to pre-construction condition, of any Village roads used by construction traffic going to the construction site.
   (C)   The determination as to the extent of any damage caused by construction traffic under the preceding section shall be the sole determination of the Village Engineer or his or her designee.
