(A) Automatic sprinkler systems are required under the following conditions in structures under the jurisdiction of the Village: Any building zoned RM pursuant to § 155.047 of the Village Zoning Ordinance for occupancy as a 3-dwelling unit or greater, regardless of square footage or number of stories therein.
(B) Sprinkler systems shall be designed and installed in accordance with §§ 903.3.1 through 903.3.7 of the Winnebago County Code, which are incorporated into this section by reference.
(C) Approved smoke detectors shall be required to be installed in each dwelling unit of any building zoned RM pursuant to § 155.047.

(D) Carbon monoxide detectors shall be required pursuant to state statute.
