(A) The Village’s Code Enforcement Officer, shall unless otherwise appointed, be the ex officio Village Zoning Inspector.
(B) The duties of the Zoning Inspector shall include but are not limited to the measuring of the distance from lot lines to building foundations, to ensure compliance with Village setback ordinances, and to report any and all violations or possible violations of Village zoning ordinances to the Village President and Zoning Administrator, and take any other actions to administratively enforce such Village zoning ordinances.
