§ 78.11 ENDANGERING PERSONS OR PROPERTY; EXCESSIVE SPEED.

No bicycle shall be ridden at any time, at any place, or in any manner so as to be dangerous to any person or property. No person shall operate a bicycle at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing. Reckless driving or swerving in and out of traffic is prohibited.
