§ 72.62 DRIVING UPON SIDEWALK OR IN SAFETY ZONE.

No person shall drive any vehicle upon a sidewalk or sidewalk area except upon a permanent or duly authorized driveway, nor at any time into or upon any portion of a roadway marked as a safety zone. This section does not apply to any vehicle moved exclusively by human power nor to any motorized wheel chair.
