§ 32.27 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   No person shall cause, permit, or allow the release of any hazardous substances into the environment unless the release in question occurs in accordance with any lawfully granted permit or approval from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency or the United States Environmental Protection Agency, or from any other state or federal agency lawfully exercising jurisdiction over the release, and the release is otherwise conducted in such a manner and at such a place as to prevent the creation of any substantial threat to the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the village.
