The Committee shall meet at least four times per year, and shall hold its meetings at the Romeoville Village Hall. The Committee may also call additional special meetings from time to time as necessitated by the business of the Committee. All meetings of the Committee shall be open to the public, and shall be conducted in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
