§ 124.08 SUSPENSION OF LICENSE AND APPEALS.
   (A)   In the event any contractor and/or subcontractor violates any terms or provisions of this chapter’s rules or regulations or state statutes, the contractor and/or subcontractor’s permit shall be subject to suspension of the license.
   (B)   Any contractor and/or subcontractor whose permit has been suspended shall have ten days within which to appeal the revocation to the Building Inspector assigned to the project. The appeal period shall commence on the date set forth in the notice of revocation. In the event the contractor and/or the subcontractor elects to appeal the decision to the Building Inspector, the Building Inspector shall notify in writing the appealing party of his decision within 30 days after the date of hearing.
